What you'll do

• Support clients, customers, vendors, and internal contacts
• provide backup managerial support when needed
• provide client documentation
• meet daily and month-end deadlines
• research and resolve complex accounts
• process cardholder transactions, mail and phone payments, and accounting entries
• complete general ledger payments and transactional research
• maintain databases and spreadsheets
• balance daily processing and resolve discrepancies.
