What you'll do

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments
• verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders
• log inventory and document discrepancies
• match studio orders to received inventory
• resolve order and stock discrepancies and communicate shortages or substitutions to the supply chain team
• organize, pack, and label studio orders
• generate shipping labels and arrange carrier handoff or pickup
• record tracking numbers
• maintain an organized and safe shipping area
• restock packing supplies
• report recurring inventory or fulfillment issues.
