Undercarriage Field Technician

The Undercarriage Field Technician role is onsite in Marshall, TX, with pay of $21.47–$36.81 per hour. The position supports HOLT CAT’s heavy construction equipment service work in the East Texas region. The technician inspects, diagnoses, and repairs heavy equipment undercarriages in a shop or field setting, helping meet customer needs and departmental goals. Work includes removing, installing, and repairing undercarriage components, documenting service, and following safety and contamination-control requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform basic undercarriage repairs at customer job sites
• disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and assemble components
• evaluate and monitor undercarriage condition
• prepare service reports
• maintain tools and work areas
• work independently or with a team
• assist, coach, and mentor other technicians
• follow HAZMAT, contamination-control, and safety requirements
• work overtime as required.
