Batch/Blending Operator

The role prepares and monitors product batches to meet formulas and quality standards, helping maintain safe, consistent production. Accurate ingredient measurement, equipment operation, quality checks, and documentation support production flow and traceability.

What you'll do

• Follow formulas and blend sheets to weigh, measure, and add ingredients
• operate batching, blending, mixing, and pumping equipment
• adjust batches to meet specifications
• monitor tank levels, temperatures, pressures, and blending times
• coordinate with QA to sample and verify adjustments
• prevent cross-contamination and allergen exposure
• set up and shut down systems
• troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• report mechanical problems
• communicate batch status during shift changes
• assist in training operators as assigned.

Why this role
