What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies according to protocols
• conduct unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access and visitor activity
• assist with directions and escorts
• prepare incident reports and communicate with site leadership and healthcare staff.
