What you'll do

• Guides team members and Shift Leaders, ensures completion of assigned duties, manages scheduling and deployment, monitors performance, drives fast and friendly service, maintains point of sale systems, ensures health and safety compliance, builds cross-functional relationships, resolves employee issues, handles customer complaints, creates strategic plans, manages P&L, hires and develops team members, conducts orientation, and minimizes loss through strict cash handling and inventory control.
