What you'll do

• Code invoices
• maintain resident records and property-management software
• collect, deposit, and record rent and other income
• prepare resident notices
• coordinate move-ins with maintenance readiness
• manage leasing from application through move-in
• follow fair-housing and landlord-tenant requirements
• market the property
• manage service requests and waiting lists
• oversee maintenance work, timecards, and unit turns
• recruit for the onsite team.
