Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The role exists to resolve routine residential and commercial customer issues accurately and courteously. It contributes to reliable service by handling calls and emails, maintaining customer records, and documenting inquiries and resolutions.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer calls and emails about service changes, contracts, billing, cancellations, price increases, and equipment issues.
• Create customer profiles, enter route and service information, validate customer details, and log interactions and resolutions.
• Review performance metrics with the manager and follow company processes and policies.
