The team lead oversees internal and outsourced billing and leads the Financial & Insurance Assistance team, helping maintain accurate, compliant revenue-cycle processes and timely patient access to insurance enrollment and financial assistance.

What you'll do

• Serve as the internal liaison to the outsourced billing vendor
• monitor revenue-cycle metrics and reports
• coordinate issue resolution and corrective actions
• oversee self-pay and sliding-fee billing, statements, payment posting, and follow-up
• supervise and support the Financial & Insurance Assistance team
• oversee eligibility documentation, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• support audits and compliance activities.

Why this role
