What you'll do
- Shadow business stakeholders to understand workflows
- document processes using diagrams, decision tables, and narrative walkthroughs
- assist with Product Board preparation and project problem statements and scope
- participate in shaping sessions and stakeholder interviews
- translate stakeholder input into engineering documentation
- and contribute templates and guides for the new delivery model.
