What you'll do

• Assess residents’ interests, histories, and preferences and contribute to care plans
• plan and post a monthly activity calendar
• lead group and individual activities, including small-group dementia programming
• recruit, train, and schedule volunteers
• coordinate community partnerships
• manage the activity budget, supplies, and outing transportation
• document participation and responses in resident records.
