The Wastewater System Technician, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Henderson, TN. Pay is $20.75–$24.75 per hour. SSW Advanced Technologies supplies components and systems to appliance, commercial refrigeration, HVAC, retail display, and organizational markets. The technician operates and maintains the wastewater treatment process, monitors plant conditions, and records sampling and discharge information. The role supports compliant wastewater treatment and reliable plant operations at the manufacturing facility.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the treatment plant and adjust valves
• inspect probes, pumps, filters, tanks, and controllers
• interpret meter and gauge readings and test results
• maintain plant and discharge records
• collect weekly samples and conduct regulatory sampling
• test for heavy metals and pH
• monitor sludge levels and maintain process equipment
• assist with preventive and corrective maintenance
• perform housekeeping and record daily plant and water meter readings.
