The Electrical Journeyman is an onsite role based in Plano, TX, offering a pay range of $42.00–$45.00 per hour. The role exists to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety standards. The Journeyman contributes to project success by interpreting blueprints, performing complex electrical installations, and mentoring apprentices to ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• install conduit, wiring, panels, and switchgear
• test electrical systems
• ensure NEC compliance
• coordinate with project managers
• mentor apprentices
• follow OSHA safety protocols.
