Partnership Support Manager – Eye Donation

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, coroners, medical examiners, funeral directors, community partners, and donation agencies
• collaborate with internal eye bank staff
• participate in the Administrator On-Call rotation, including after-hours support
• maintain partner contracts in accordance with CMS CFR 482.45
• identify process challenges and implement solutions
• engage stakeholders on policies supportive of eye donation
• develop and present educational programs
• compile and analyze monthly donation reports
• protect confidential donor and recipient information. Requires travel throughout the service region.
