What you'll do

  • Use mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, and reel trailers for telecommunications outside-plant work
  • review plans and assess job locations for utilities, permits, and traffic control
  • inspect and report on vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • perform safety checks and minor equipment repairs
  • dig holes, set handholes and pedestals, and place duct
  • maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • train and coach colleagues.

Why this role
