Contract Associate, Legal Contracts (Hybrid)

It also connects Legal, Global Sourcing and Procurement, business partners, and external parties to keep contract work moving and support improvements to legal operations.

What you'll do

• Research prior supplier and contracting relationships
• draft and negotiate agreements using templates in procurement and contract lifecycle management systems
• apply Legal Department playbooks and approved guidance
• track contracts through final signatures
• support compliance with contracting policies
• coordinate contract review and execution among Legal, Global Sourcing and Procurement, business partners, and external parties
• maintain templates and playbooks, train users, and support process improvements and departmental initiatives.
