Can Printing Technician — 2nd Shift

The Can Printing Technician role is onsite in Charlton, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and occasional weekends possible with notice. Starting base pay is $26–$28 per hour. The role reports to the Senior Director of Production Operations and helps bring product labels and designs to life on cans. The technician maintains and operates digital can-printing and auxiliary equipment, supports production-line flow, and troubleshoots equipment issues. Accurate production and waste data and preventive maintenance help sustain output, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Clean and assist with maintenance of digital can-printing equipment
• feed production lines and keep them running smoothly
• maintain a safe, clean work environment
• troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes
• complete preventive maintenance on printing and auxiliary systems
• capture production and waste data
• correct process deficiencies
• maintain output schedules.
