What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns and escalate as appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and report unusual activity
• document patrols and incidents and communicate with site leadership and supervisors.
