The engineer translates client needs into deployable AI systems and helps ensure those systems are adopted and deliver measurable value. The role combines implementation, integration, iteration, and team enablement, bridging technical teams and business decision-makers while also contributing to internal research and offerings.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and translate them into deployable AI solutions
• design and implement LLM systems including agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces
• integrate solutions with client APIs, databases, and business tools
• support adoption through training and iteration
• refine production solutions with stakeholders
• contribute to generative AI research, firm offerings, publications, and business development.
