What you'll do

• Oversee nursing services and supervise staff on duty
• support clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce missed treatments
• review medication profiles and administer ordered medications
• assist with physician rounds and implement orders
• respond to clinic emergencies
• communicate patient assessments and monitoring
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• support staff orientation and dialysis service improvement
• assist with staff hiring and evaluation.
