The Banker I role is onsite in Granville, NY. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports Arrow Bank’s Granville office and its customer banking services. What you'll do

• Process transactions and handle cash accurately
• balance the cash drawer
• answer customer service calls and banking questions
• follow disclosure, regulatory, and privacy requirements
• identify potential fraud and verify customer identity
• reconcile the ATM and process night depository bags as assigned
• follow branch security procedures
• refer customers to relevant products, services, or partners
• demonstrate self-service banking options
• complete administrative tasks.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. Two years of customer service, cash handling, or retail sales experience preferred. Must be able to travel to branches as needed and participate in a rotational Saturday schedule. Schedule is 40 hours distributed Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
