The Dialysis Registered Nurse, Regional Traveler role is based at Bridgewater Correctional Facility in Bridgewater, MA, with coverage at facilities in Shirley, Boston, and Devens. The role exists to provide safe, efficient hemodialysis and specialized nursing care across regional facilities. It contributes through patient assessment, treatment, care planning, medication and laboratory work, staff support, documentation, and participation in quality and safety activities.

What you'll do

• Perform hemodialysis and specialized nursing care
• assess patients and respond to changes or emergencies
• develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• administer medications and obtain laboratory specimens as ordered
• document treatment and patient responses
• coordinate with the healthcare team
• support unit operations, infection control, quality assurance, and staff education.
