What you'll do

• Support daily meal delivery operations and accurate driver routes
• provide backup during staffing shortages or emergencies
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training delivery staff
• support drivers and dispatch personnel
• assist with vehicle inspections, maintenance tracking, and fleet readiness
• train staff on fleet, GPS, routing, dispatch, and delivery systems
• troubleshoot technology issues
• resolve delivery concerns
• track operational data and prepare routine reports
• support food safety and transportation compliance.
