What you'll do

• Help administer project safety
• interpret contract drawings and submittals
• manage selected self-perform and subcontractor operations for safety, budget, schedule, and quality
• assist with daily reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and schedule updates
• review short-term plans
• participate in quality inspections and material verification
• communicate with clients, design representatives, contractors, and officials
• attend meetings and training
• participate in business development.
