What you'll do

• Supervise multiple stores and maintain operational, food quality, safety, and brand standards
• lead General Manager recruitment, hiring, training, and performance reviews

• review purchase orders and implement sales and expense strategies
• conduct store inspections and review operational reports
• ensure administrative duties are completed
• provide hands-on support to store teams as needed.
