What you'll do

• Develop and implement capital investment plans
• lead project feasibility and delivery
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance systems and daily operations
• establish reliability KPIs
• oversee facility infrastructure and contractors
• deploy digital maintenance platforms
• manage spare-parts inventory
• oversee energy and wastewater operations
• and lead a technical team of approximately 30 staff.
