What you'll do

• Provide individual and, when appropriate, group supervision to graduate-level practicum and internship students
• oversee an initial group of five supervisees, expected to grow to about eight
• review and sign clinical documentation, notes, assessments, and treatment plans
• support Medicaid, payer, ethical, and practice compliance
• advise on case conceptualization, risk, crisis response, boundaries, and ethical decisions
• provide feedback
• coordinate with universities
• participate in meetings, training, and quality assurance
• maintain a direct caseload of approximately 15 clients weekly.
