What you'll do

• Assume accountability for cafe operations when the Cafe Leader is absent
• support team learning, coaching, and performance
• assist with recruiting
• optimize staffing and shift management
• uphold beverage and food quality standards
• engage guests and handle feedback and escalations
• collaborate on sales, restocking, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling
• maintain transaction and inventory accuracy
• manage controllable budgets and labor hours
• follow safety procedures.
