The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, with hourly pay of $39–$41. The nurse joins the clinical team at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation to provide resident-centered care.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• administer medications and document treatments and responses
• provide bedside care
• monitor residents and specialized equipment
• respond to changes in condition
• perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered procedures
• educate residents and families
• maintain clinical documentation
• and participate in discharge planning and continuity of care. An active North Carolina RN license and current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
