The GWAC Center of Excellence Program Manager role is hybrid in McLean, VA. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. The role improves opportunity visibility, qualification, vehicle utilization, and pursuit discipline in support of corporate growth objectives, working across executive leadership, business development, capture, contracts, proposals, operations, and program teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and govern the centralized GWAC Program Management Office
• establish standardized processes and governance
• manage opportunity intake, screening, qualification, and routing
• provide acquisition intelligence and vehicle-positioning guidance
• maintain vehicle portfolio visibility, dashboards, forecasts, and metrics
• establish bid/no-bid criteria
• develop vehicle growth strategies and roadmaps
• coordinate pursuits and compliance
• build stakeholder and partner relationships
• capture lessons learned.
