Embroidery Operator — Second Shift

The Embroidery Operator role is onsite in Hanover, PA, with a Monday–Thursday second shift from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Compensation is not specified. The operator runs industrial embroidery equipment to produce accurately placed, high-quality embroidery on headwear while meeting production metrics. The role supports production through machine setup, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, quality checks, and adherence to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Embroider front, side, and rear locations on headwear
• read work orders and program and load a Barudan 15-head machine
• troubleshoot embroidery issues
• perform basic cleaning, oiling, and needle threading
• monitor bobbin tensions
• hoop 200–450 hats per shift depending on experience and work type
• maintain accurate logo and applique placement
• follow safety standards and report concerns
• communicate with floor leads and supervisors.
