The position helps the studio operate smoothly and supports client retention and sales through welcoming service, account assistance, product knowledge, client communications, and daily operational support. It also helps maintain a clean studio and communicates client concerns and visible maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and manage class bookings and package purchases
• communicate studio updates
• assist coaches and management with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists for sales goals
• respond to client emails
• and alert coaches to client milestones.
