What you'll do

• Plan and evaluate developmentally appropriate instruction
• differentiate learning for individual needs
• observe children and maintain developmental records
• complete progress reports and assessments
• lead classroom routines and supervise staff
• communicate with families and colleagues
• support family conferences
• follow licensing, safety, reporting, and mandated-reporter requirements
• participate in meetings and professional development.
