Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Coordinate logistics for customer roll-outs, openings, and product roll-outs
• communicate order status to sales representatives
• prepare quotes, order guides, and reports
• maintain and update databases
• request literature and samples
• follow up on factory-direct orders and deliveries
• make select customer calls on resupply business
• monitor orders for installations and sales assignments
• troubleshoot customer issues
• research and process correspondence
• coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on availability, pricing, lead times, and shipping
• process orders and returns
• maintain vendor contracts
• provide administrative support to sales and sales management.
