Store Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Identify customers’ self-storage needs and provide solutions
• serve customers in person
• meet monthly sales goals and metrics
• walk the property, perform lock checks, and show units
• rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• maintain facility cleanliness and safety, including restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, storage doors, and office space.
