What you'll do

• Lead installation, configuration, and routine operation of the core HighRes-based automation platform
• work with discovery groups to develop and productionize methods
• identify manual workflows for automation and improve consistency, scale, and reproducibility
• collaborate with AI/ML, data science, and experimental teams on AI-driven scientific capabilities
• build and lead a small automation team
• evaluate emerging technologies and vendors and maintain external relationships.
