The work combines customs entry preparation, regulatory documentation, shipment coordination, billing review, and responsive client service, while maintaining relationships with logistics partners.

What you'll do

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds, primarily for air and ocean shipments
• complete regulatory documentation, transit documents, and customs clearances
• maintain client-specific HTS databases
• distribute and release shipment documents
• review client billing
• apply knowledge of Incoterms and commercial invoices
• coordinate with logistics vendors
• prepare reports
• provide professional customer service.
