Job Coach — Part-Time Evenings and Weekends

Job overview

The Job Coach role is onsite at community and employer worksites in Front Royal, VA, and surrounding communities. Pay is $21–$22 per hour, based on experience. RISE Services provides individualized employment support to people with disabilities. The coach helps participants learn job duties and workplace routines while building independence and maintaining employment. The role adapts support as participants progress and coordinates with employers and RISE management to address scheduling, transportation, and workplace needs.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized coaching at employer worksites
• teach assigned job duties, workplace routines, safety, time management, and employer expectations
• reinforce communication and professional behavior
• encourage independence
• develop natural workplace supports
• monitor progress and adjust support
• transport participants when assigned under approved service plans
• complete progress notes and electronic documentation
• communicate schedule changes, safety concerns, incidents, and workplace developments to management.
