The Seasonal Store Manager – Toy Shop role is onsite in Canton, GA; compensation is not specified. The role exists to lead daily operations of a temporary holiday toy shop and maintain a welcoming, customer-ready store. The manager coordinates staff coverage, product replenishment, inventory presentation, point-of-sale procedures, reporting, and issue escalation throughout the seasonal program.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily opening and closing and confirm store readiness
• assign zones and breaks across register, make-and-take station, sales floor, replenishment, and cleaning
• coordinate approved back-stock replenishment
• monitor inventory, pricing, signage, and out-of-stocks
• oversee POS procedures, shift handoffs, escalations, and end-of-day reconciliation
• manage attendance, coverage, timekeeping, and performance issues through approved channels
• complete checklists, photos, reports, incident records, and supply or inventory requests
• resolve or escalate customer, security, safety, technology, and facility issues.
