What you'll do

• Operate Mark Andy Rotary presses alongside lead duties
• serve as the second-shift point of contact and first escalation point for operator or equipment issues
• train and onboard operators
• monitor in-process quality and safety
• manage changeovers and production priorities
• coordinate first-shift handoffs
• provide end-of-shift output, issue, and staffing summaries.
