The Part-Time Donation Services Associate role is onsite in Castle Rock, CO, and pays $17.01 per hour. Donation hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m.–8:30 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m.; the schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Goodwill of Colorado’s donation services support its retail centers and donation operations. The associate serves as an initial point of contact for donors, helps unload and sort donations, and maintains a safe, organized donation area so items can be directed appropriately for sale or shipment.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer product questions as needed
• unload donations
• handle and sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas
• inspect donations and determine whether items are suitable for the sales floor or shipment
• maintain a safe, clean, organized donation entrance and parking area
• follow opening and closing procedures at remote sites when applicable
• monitor supplies and donation levels at remote sites
• communicate when trailers are becoming full
• assist drivers with loading and unloading when necessary
• follow center policies and safety procedures
• cross-train and provide backup support as required.
