Production Associate

Job overview

The Production Associate role is onsite in Armada, MI, with pay of $20 per hour. The Pond Guy / Airmax manufactures and distributes pond, lake, and water garden products, with a mission to help people enjoy ponds through innovative solutions. The associate assembles, packages, fills, and labels products while meeting quality, safety, and daily production goals. The role may include cross-training in other production areas or temporary assignments in the distribution center based on workload and business needs.

What you'll do

• Assemble products
• package materials, fill containers, and label finished goods
• track product movement using scanning equipment and WMS
• operate equipment safely
• maintain an organized work area
• meet production and quality goals
• support other production areas or the distribution center when assigned.
