What you'll do

• Oversee community maintenance operations and continuous improvement
• direct, manage, and assist employees or vendors with maintenance and repairs
• train team members and vendors on procedures
• requisition materials and supplies
• participate in budget preparation and monitor expenditures
• conduct required inspections and preventive maintenance
• perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry duties
• follow health and safety guidelines
• participate in scheduled on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.
