What you'll do

• Lead and supervise mechanics through maintenance workflows, inspections, and modifications
• coordinate daily tasks and delivery schedules
• perform authorized final inspections and sign-offs
• troubleshoot, repair, modify, and test avionics and electrical systems
• address aircraft structures, flight controls, and engines
• interpret technical data, blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• train teams on diagnostic and maintenance tools
• maintain aircraft logs and records.
