Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job overview

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates able to work Pacific Time hours. Compensation is $140,000–$153,000 per year. Prenuvo’s mission is to advance proactive healthcare through whole-body scanning and patient-centered care. The engineer helps ensure the quality of tools for providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. The role works with product managers, designers, and developers to plan and execute manual and automated testing, track defects, improve quality processes, and integrate testing into continuous delivery.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements and translate them into test strategies
• create and maintain test plans and documentation
• perform manual and automated web application testing
• test REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services
• identify, document, prioritize, and track defects
• lead root cause analysis
• mentor junior QA engineers
• integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• test accessibility and contribute to performance and security testing.
