What you'll do

• Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, components, and services
• review requisitions and issue purchase orders
• track deliveries and follow up on late materials
• obtain supplier quotes and confirm lead times
• maintain supplier records, pricing, and certifications
• monitor material usage and stock levels
• support replenishment and cost-reduction efforts
• maintain purchasing records and reports
• resolve purchase order, receipt, and invoice discrepancies
• support compliance and process improvement
• collaborate with engineering, quality, production, logistics, and finance.
