What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise daily nursing operations
- support and mentor LPNs and direct care staff
- assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- administer medications and treatments and document care
- coordinate with clinicians and other team members
- respond to changes in condition and emergencies
- complete assessments, admissions, transfers, discharges, and required records
- monitor regulatory compliance and documentation
- coordinate staffing and shift assignments
- promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
