The Assistant Manager — Ski Patrol role is onsite in Keystone, CO, for the 2026/2027 winter season. Compensation is $27.00–$35.20 per hour. The manager supports Vail Resorts’ mountain patrol operations and guest service. The role leads patrollers, coordinates daily patrol functions, and works with senior leaders on mountain projects. It also participates in advanced patrol, search and rescue, or specialty-area work as needed, while supporting safety, staff development, and operational continuity.
