This leader guides complex client engagements and workstreams across financial, operational, and strategic challenges, while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role also supports client relationships, business development, training, and firm-building.

What you'll do

• Develop solutions to financial and operational challenges
• build relationships with executives and stakeholders
• oversee engagement workflows, liquidity management, case administration, reporting, and restructuring plans
• identify organizational improvement opportunities
• create KPI tools and board-ready presentations
• mentor junior staff
• support training, business development, talent acquisition, and firm-building.
