Lead Math Tutor

The Lead Math Tutor role is in person in Baltimore, MD, full-time, Monday–Friday for 37.5 hours per week during traditional school hours. Compensation is not specified. The lead tutor provides daily math instruction and mentoring while supporting site operations and tutor development. The role uses student data to adapt instruction, builds relationships with families and school partners, and provides site coverage when the Site Coordinator is absent.

What you'll do

• Tutor an assigned caseload for at least three class periods daily
• facilitate small-group learning, independent practice, and assessments
• prepare lessons using Saga curriculum
• track and analyze student data
• communicate with families and school partners
• support new tutor onboarding
• and provide site coverage when the Site Coordinator is absent.
